Shipments exceeding $1,200.00 net, after allowable discounts, will be pre-paid with-in the continental United States, or to the point of embarkation for all other shipments. Shipments under $1,200.00 will be shipped FOB Factory, Putnam, CT

Orders exceeding $1,200.00 are payable:
5% - 15 DAYS	4% - 30 DAYS	Net 60
Orders less than $1,200.00 are payable:
4% - 15 DAYS	3% - 30 DAYS	Net 60

SPECIAL PACKAGING:

Add the following charges per spool:

$.20 for bubble pack
$.10 for 1/2 dozen pack
$.15 for celons on all 1/2 inch narrow spools
$.30 for celons on all 1 inch wide spools
Special rates available for long, measured spools
5% Discount on long, random length spools
UPC Coding available

RETURNS

The WOODSTOCK^tm Line Company guarantees all of our products to be of high quality and workmanship. Factory approval is required for all returns, which are to be pre-paid. Full charges will be levied on all returns which damaged or un-saleable.

CONCEALED DAMAGES
AND/OR SHORTAGES:

Must be reported to the factory within 10 days of date of invoice to qualify for credit. Otherwise it s understood and accepted that the invoice is correct, due and payable under its terms and conditions in U.S. dollars.

UN-PAID INVOICES
and BALANCES DUE:

Will be charged at the rate of 1.50% per month (18%APR)

NEW CUSTOMERS:

Credit information is required for all new accounts for factory approval. Cash in advance will expedite first shipments while awaiting credit approval.
